Chase Goldade is a Montana residential builder who believes in doing things right and being on site, not behind a desk. He stays hands-on and manages each project from start to finish.
He has experience in all phases of construction, including site prep and excavation, foundations, framing, roofing, insulation, drywall, finish carpentry, and final coordination. Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work is completed by local licensed subs that he works closely with throughout the build.
Before starting his building company, Chase was a fishing guide on Alaska’s Kenai River, where he developed strong customer service skills. He later co-owned a logging company and spent several years operating heavy equipment and working in land management.
He partners with local suppliers including Builders FirstSource in Missoula and Western Building Center, and works with Black Cedar Interior Design to help bring the finishing details together.
Chase is currently building a spec home in the Ambrose Subdivision in Stevensville and stays directly involved on every project.
